Refund policy

You shall not return any product/s to us without first obtaining prior authorisation from us. You must notify us that you want a refund or exchange within 72 hours of receipt of the product/s. You will incur the cost of return postage and will be credited the purchase price only. We reserve the right to permit or deny refunds or exchanges if you change your mind. Products must not be opened, be returned to us in a satisfactory and undamaged condition.
