These Terms and Conditions together with your order constitute the entire contract between us and you for the supply of product/s. No other Terms and Conditions will apply. The contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email prior to the event. We reserve the right to review and change any of the Terms and updating these Terms and Conditions is at our sole discretion. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will take immediate effect from the date of their publication. You accept these Terms and Conditions by continuing to use the website or purchasing our products.
OUR WEBSITE SERVICES
We provide product/s to adults over the age of sixteen (16) years. By proceeding to purchase through our website, you acknowledge that you are over 16 years of age.
PRICES
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. We endeavour to ensure that our prices are current. We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. If you have placed an order, we undertake to fulfill your order at the price listed at the time you ordered.
AVAILABILITY OF STOCK
Any order that cannot be fulfilled on its receipt will automatically be back ordered and processed when stock becomes available. Deliveries at any time are subject to availability of stock and we will not be liable for any charges due to product unavailability.
Bodi Blends is happy to replace any product that is faulty/damaged or doesn't meet specification.
If you have received a product that is faulty/damaged or you have received the incorrect item, Bodi Blends will cover the cost of return shipping.
If you have purchased the incorrect product or would like to exchange an unopened product, you will be required to cover the cost of the return shipping.

DELIVERY TIMES
All orders will be processed within a reasonable amount of time. If there are any unexpected delays, you will be contacted by us. Once dispatched all products are at your risk and we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the transit.
