Q: Is Bodi Blends WPI safe to use while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Our protein blends use the highest quality ingredients available, and don't include any artificial ingredients or preservatives. Given this, it is a safe way to assist pregnant and breastfeeding mothers in meeting their nutritional requirements. We also have our formulations reviewed by Accredited Sports Dietitians. However, we do think it is important to be cautious in this area so recommend you consult with your GP or an Accredited Dietitian before consuming. Our nutritional's are completely transparent so feel free to use them to get the appropriate advice. 

Q: Can a child under the age of 16 use Bodi Blends WPI?
There is no indication Bodi Blends isn't safe for children, however, as with pregnancy and breastfeeding, we think it is important to be extra cautious when it comes to children. Whilst all our ingredients are high quality and our blends are free from artificial ingredients and preservatives, there is limited research in this field on the effects of protein powders and other sports supplements on children. We recommend you consult with your GP or an Accredited Dietitian before prescribing to any children.

Q: What type of collagen does Bodi Blends Chocolate WPI use?
The collagen peptides used in our chocolate WPI are bovine collagen peptides. Bovine collagen peptides are associated with several health benefits including arthritis relief, prevention of loss of bone strength, and improved skin health.

Q: Why does Bodi Blends Vanilla WPI have black speckles throughout it?
Because we want our powders to be as natural as they can be, we don't use 'natural flavours' given they aren't actually natural. Instead, we use the real stuff. So the black speckles you see throughout our vanilla WPI is from the vanilla bean that we use to get that delicious vanilla taste. This is also why our powder has a slight brown colour when mixed with water, due to the darkness of the vanilla bean. 

Q: Can Bodi Blends WPI be used as a meal replacement?
Protein powder should not be used as a meal replacement, no matter the brand. Balanced meals provide important macro and micronutrients that a protein powder does not contain. Our WPI can be used to replace a morning or afternoon snack as it is satiating, but it shouldn't replace the more substantial meals including breakfast, lunch or dinner. 

Q: I have gut issues, will I be able to tolerate Bodi Blends WPI?
Bodi Blends was born in part because our founder, Mel, had gut issues herself from Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). So it was key that the formulation's we created were kind to the gut. Our WPI blends are well tolerated by people with gut issues thanks to the high quality, natural ingredients used and the fact our blends are free from gluten, thickeners, preservatives, artificial sweeteners, 'natural' flavours, and unnecessary added sugars. Our blends are also low lactose, further helping the digestion. 

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Q: When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to have all domestic orders packed & dispatched within 1-2 business days. Please note that during sale times, our dispatch time may be extended.  

Q: Can I return my product?
Prior authorisation needs to be received from us before returning any product/s. You must notify us that you want a refund or exchange within 72 hours of receipt of the product/s. You will incur the cost of return postage and will be credited the purchase price only. We reserve the right to permit or deny refunds or exchanges if you change your mind. Products must not be opened, be returned to us in a satisfactory and undamaged condition.

Q: How do I track my order?
Your tracking number will be sent to your email once it has been shipped. If you do not receive this number, please contact us at hello@bodiblends.com.au. Be sure to check your spam folder too!     

Q: How much is delivery?
A flat rate of $10 shipping applies for all orders Australia wide.

Shipping to New Zealand and internationally is calculated at checkout. 

Q: How long will my order take to get to me?
Once your payment has been processed, we make it our priority to dispatch your order by the following business day. Expected delivery time is 5-7 working days after ordering and paying, although quite often it is sooner if you are within Australia.

You will receive an email once your order is dispatched, allowing you to track delivery online (please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become available).

Q: What shipping carrier does Bodi Blends use?
We use Sendle or Australia Post to send all orders.

Please see below for deliveries to parcel lockers, PO boxes etc.

Q: Do you ship internationally
Yes, however please note there are shipping costs involved. Shipping will be calculated at check out.

International shipping costs will vary by country and weight. 

Progress of the delivery can be tracked on the carriers website. 

You should expect your delivery in 16-30 business days of ordering.

International customers are expected to cover any duties, fees or taxes associated with importing goods into their country. Each country is different in how they handle import duties and taxes, so please refer to your government's website regarding this matter to know what your final charges will be.

You may have to pay import taxes and/or customs duties. You may also be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for the shipment. These charges are separate from your shipping charge and you will be billed directly for them. We apologise, but Bodi Blends cannot control these additional costs since they are imposed by the government and not by Bodi Blends or the shipping company you chose to use. Unfortunately, Bodi Blends does not have a way to provide specific duties and fee amounts. It is determined by customs and the courier is simply the collector.

Q: What if I enter my address incorrectly?
Please contact us at hello@bodiblends.com.au as soon as possible if you have entered the wrong address. If your purchase is returned to us and we are not at fault, you will be required to pay for the further shipping fee. 

Q: Do you deliver to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers? 
Yes, we deliver to PO boxes and Parcel Lockers using Australia Post. 

Q. What if my goods are damaged?
The utmost care will be taken when packaging your product. Should anything be damaged during transit please advise us immediately at hello@bodiblends.com.au to discuss your situation.
