Fish Tacos
If there is one product that is hard to find without additives, it's tortillas / wraps.
I have managed to find literally two ingredient tortillas, so I had to get my Mexican on 🌮
These tacos are just 313 calories each, high in protein and healthy fats! Perfect for a light, easy dinner. They’re so fresh & don’t leave you feeling heavy or sluggish.
Bonus is you can add any ingredients you like to this.. though keeping in mind you still have to somewhat fold them 😉

Ingredients:
- 250g fresh barramundi fillet
- 2 x corn tortilla (I use Taco Manana)
- 1.5 tbsp mayo (I use Gevity Total Tummy Tumeric Mayo)
- 2 tsp tomato chutney (I use Beerenberg)
- Half medium sized cucumber
- Approx. 6 x cherry tomatoes, halved
- 50g baby spinach
- 100g classic coleslaw (pre-packaged)
Method:
- Spray pan with olive oil & cook barramundi until white & flakey
- Warm corn tortillas in microwave or oven
- Once barramundi is cooked, cut into 1cm pieces
- Build tacos as you desire & enjoy!
