Chocolate Protein Chia Pudding

This chocolate chia pudding has all the healthy fats with a solid hit of protein using Bodi Blends Chocolate WPI.
Add your favourite fruit and you've got a delicious, nutritious breakfast or snack that takes no time at all.
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops Bodi Blends Chocolate WPI
- 3 x tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 x tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups of choice of milk
- 3/4 cup of chia seeds
- Pinch of salt
Method:
- Add Bodi Blends Chocolate WPI to a bowl, add honey, vanilla extract and salt
- Mix to make a paste like consistency
- Add milk and mix with a whisk to combine all ingredients
- Add in chia seeds and mix further until combined
- Pour into mason jars and refrigerate up to 4 hours or ideally overnight
- Add choice of fruit and enjoy my friends!
