Chocolate Protein Chia Pudding

If your preference is breakfast on the go, or you don't have time to make breakfast in the mornings, or you need a quick and healthy snack.. look no further.

This chocolate chia pudding has all the healthy fats with a solid hit of protein using Bodi Blends Chocolate WPI. 

Add your favourite fruit and you've got a delicious, nutritious breakfast or snack that takes no time at all.

Ingredients:
  • 2 scoops Bodi Blends Chocolate WPI
  • 3 x tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 x tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups of choice of milk
  • 3/4 cup of chia seeds 
  • Pinch of salt 

Method:

  1. Add Bodi Blends Chocolate WPI to a bowl, add honey, vanilla extract and salt
  2. Mix to make a paste like consistency
  3. Add milk and mix with a whisk to combine all ingredients 
  4. Add in chia seeds and mix further until combined
  5. Pour into mason jars and refrigerate up to 4 hours or ideally overnight
  6. Add choice of fruit and enjoy my friends!
